Today we are excited to announce an exciting new release that provides enhanced inspection reporting that improves communication and visibility with your clients.
Users can now view inspection scores that quickly provide the ability to identify problems or areas you excel at.
That reports you deliver to your clients provide a deeper level of detail and give you the tools you need to demonstrate your commitment to your customer to maintain and improve cleaning standards. With all eyes on safer spaces and the role we play in this area, we know that enhanced inspections are the cornerstone of establishing, maintaining, and growing your relationship with your clients.
Along with the inspection enhancements, we’ve also included a new time entry summary report that allows you to track how much time your cleaners are logging.
Never worry about a cleaner signing in to the wrong location again! We have added a new Invalid State to time entries. Time Entries can now be invalidated, removing the hours logged from all other reports and metrics within the Swept app. Instead of deleting and completely removing entries from the system, the invalidate functionality keeps the entries so managers can still access them. This allows entries marked as invalid in error to be revalidated and improves traceability.
