Everything else can wait for the Daily Pulse, an email that lands at 6 AM with a summary of the previous day.** Here's the reality of commercial cleaning teams evenings and weekends. Marcus looks after several buildings. On a good night, his phone stays quiet. More alerts don't make a night easier; the right ones do. He needs to hear about what he can still fix tonight, and trust that the rest will be waiting for him in the morning. ### 9:40 PM: Ana is running late Ana's son is sick, and she hasn't clocked in. Without an alert, Marcus finds out when the client does. With an alert straight to his phone, he finds out while there's still time to do something about it. He messages the crew from his Swept mobile app, each cleaner reads it in their own language, and coverage is sorted in minutes. Another crew member wants the extra hours and Marcus can see immediately that this won't put someone into overtime pay. Approved for them to head that way and handle the shift. ### 10:45 PM: Luis finds a broken lock At clock-out, Luis reports a broken lock on the loading-dock door and snaps a photo. That report is only useful if it reaches Marcus before morning. Marcus reads it, messages the client and flags it for the home office, so the client hears about it from your team first. Proactive communications build trust for him to retain his job and for the company to retain their contract! ### 6:00 AM: The Daily Pulse covers the rest Marcus doesn't need a ping for every finished checklist. At 6:00 AM local time, the Daily Pulse email lands with a summary of yesterday: no-shows and missed clock-ins, late arrivals, GPS errors, upcoming unassigned shifts, open supply requests, checklist completion, inspections completed, and the gap between scheduled and recorded hours. Over his first coffee, he can see which buildings had a smooth night and which need a visit, then tap straight into Swept for the details. Supply requests show up there too, so they get handled in the morning instead of interrupting the night. ### What you don't need an alert for A finished checklist doesn't need an alert at 11 PM. It needs to show up in the Daily Pulse and be waiting when the client opens their report, with time-stamped photos and inspection results doing the talking. On Monday morning, Eve, the owner, sees how the week went across every building. Everything Luis and Marcus did that night is what makes her screen true.
